Down the TBR Hole #4

Down The TBR Hole was originally created by Lost In A Story and the point is to help you narrow down your Goodreads TBR and also help with which books you are no longer interested in.  I’m trying to keep up and post this once a week since my TBR keeps growing with every book recommendation and book releases and I just can’t resist adding them to my list in the hopes of getting to them as soon as humanly possible.

How it works:

♦ Go to your Goodreads to read shelf

♦ Order on ascending date added

♦ Take the first 5 or 10 books (any amount of books you like)

♦ Read synopses of the books

♦ Decide whether to keep or Toss

I’ll be doing the challenge weekly since my to read list is out of control, and I’ll be showing 6-8 books per post, but you decide on how you want to do it.

So, here are 8 books added to the list:

The Only Worse thing than Me is You by Lily Anderson – This was a title buy, after reading it I was like I need this in my life because this title gets me 100%. ♦Verdict: Keep

A Great and Terrible Beauty by Libba Bray – Historical fiction are one of my favorite genres and the reason why I added this series to my list but going thru the reviews today and seeing all the negative thinks about it I decided to: ♦Verdict: Toss

26 Kisses by Anna Michels – This one was easy the cover and the premise of the books sounded so great but after reading the reviews today I’m not so sure I should spend the time on it. ♦Verdict: Toss

11/22/63 by Stephen King – I feel like this book has been in my TBR list for so long and I seriously need to read it this year. ♦Verdict: Keep

Delirium by Lauren Oliver – I was seriously thinking about tossing this one until today. ♦Verdict: Keep

The Edge of Everything by Jeff Giles – Not much to say about this one other than I lost interest. ♦Verdict: Toss

This Darkness Mine by Mindy McGinnis – I’m not sure if I want to still pick this one up, Mindy McGinnis is one of my favorite authors.  I had read four of her books and loved them but this one I’m not sure. ♦Verdict: Keep

The Weight of Zero by Karen Fortunati – after reading some of the reviews this one is definitely a keeper. ♦Verdict: Keep

And there you have it friends,  This really has helped bringing down my tbr count even though I keep adding books almost everyday.

If you made it this far Thank you for stopping by and taking a look.
