My thoughts

To say that I loved this book is really an understatement. I have to say I wasn’t expecting to love and enjoy this book so much that is now one of my top favorites of 2019.  Guys if you are looking for a nice fake dating with the best sex scene ever told this is the book for you!  I don’t usually read books like this but after my bestie Sue @beutybookcorner mentioned this book I had to get it and I’m glad I did.

The story follows Travis Ford a major league baseball player who suffers an injury and is forced to retired and Georgette Castle a 23 year old baby sister of Travis childhood best friend.  Georgette works as a clown and dreams about having her own entertainment company but her family doesn’t take her seriously.

Travis is back in his hometown, depressed and just giving up on his baseball career due to the injury.  Here comes Georgette and she has decided she will help Travis get back on track.  He actually enters his apartment and throws food on him to snap him out of the rut he’s in.

Pretty soon these two are working together to help each other out and without giving too much away the fake dating starts and then really good and funny stuff starts happening.

I loved Georgie from the begging, Travis it took a bit to grow on me but after a bit he started to grow on me and these too had the best sex scenes I have ever read.  I’m not into smutty reads but this book got me picking up two other books by Tessa Bailey Baiting the Maid of Honor and His Risk to Take both have the great sex scenes even though I rated those books 3 stars they were good but not as good and awesome as Fix Her Up, so do yourself a favor and pick it up now!

Overall, I loved everything about the story from characters to sexy scenes this was a great and story and I just couldn’t put it down.
