Goodreads synopsis

Much more than he bargained for…

“You want me to find you a wife?”

“No. I want you to be my wife.”

Garrett Song is this close to taking the reins of his family’s LA fashion empire…until the Song matriarch insists he marry her handpicked bride first. To block her matchmaking, he recruits Natalie Sobol to pose as his wife. She needs a fake spouse as badly as he does. But when passion burns down their chaste agreement, the flames could destroy them all.

My thoughts

This was such a great and enjoyable read, if you like workplace romance or fake marriage/marriage of convenience tropes you will enjoy this read. This is a short novella so I will keep it short not to give up any spoilers or give the whole story away.

We follow Garret he is about to take over the family business but in order to do so his grandmother have arrange a marriage for him but he tells her he can’t since he’s already engage to be married to someone else, and here enters Natalie, the head of HR of Garret’s company and this is where the story gets really good because these two need each other in other to get what they are after him to finally get to be the CEO of the family business and her she needs the help to adopt her niece I know where did that came from, you will need to read the book because you know spoilers.

I really love the sexual chemistry between these two characters, from the very beginning you know there is tension and by that I mean sexual tension, and after things happen the chemistry is so strong I was loving it.  These two characters were made for each other. The only thing I didn’t like was the little drama created for the sake of the story, I just think it didn’t fit in well but I still loved this book and I’m planning on continuing on with this series.
